Jane Lear at Take Part says “Eat Oats for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner“. After reading the following passage we tend to agree:
Oats are a great source of protein and healthy fats. They have an abundance of soluble and insoluble fiber; the soluble fiber, specifically beta-glucan, helps lower cholesterol levels in the blood, and insoluble keeps the body’s plumbing in good order.
